C-Trips is a specialized student travel platform designed exclusively to curate and deliver fully customized senior trips, retreats, and school camps across Egypt. Our goal is to replace standardized, impersonal travel with meaningful group experiences.

By accessing our services, registering an account, or committing to a trip, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not initiate a booking on our platform.

To register for an itinerary, students must create a dedicated account. You represent and warrant that all information supplied during registration is complete, accurate, and kept up-to-date at all times.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable between classmates.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• We reserve the right to suspend any accounts displaying fraudulent or deceptive student information.

All trips and supplementary activities hosted on our platform are organized in direct collaboration with participating schools, local operators, and professional safety guides.

Itineraries are subject to weather conditions, hotel block availability, and safety requirements. C-Trips reserves the right to make minor modifications to schedule orders or assign equivalent hotel blocks when circumstances demand.

A booking is considered submitted once you enter your unique school trip code and complete the baseline checkout workflow.

• Confirmation is subject to verifying your enrollment status with the school administration.
• Each student is issued a unique booking reference code upon successful verification.
• This reference code must be retained and quoted during rooming allocation and souvenir t-shirt sizing.

We offer flexible installment plans to allow families to budget without financial pressure. Online payments are securely processed through our integrated external gateway provider.

• Payment deadlines are communicated upfront and strictly enforced to protect hotel reservation commitments.
• Installments must be settled via the platform using authorized cards, or through local school cash-handling agents where agreed.
• Failed or pending payments not resolved within 48 hours of notice may result in automated reservation release.

We recognize plans can change. Our cancellation schedule is structured to align with our local operator and resort commitments.

• Cancellations requested up to 14 days prior to departure are fully refundable, minus small administrative processing fees.
• Cancellations made within 14 days are subject to a 20% hotel reservation block fee.
• Medical emergencies supported by a valid certificate from an approved clinic are eligible for full refund reviews at any stage.

C-Trips features an interactive roommate selection tool. Students can send and accept invitations to share room allocations.

Room capacities are strictly governed by hotel policies and school guidelines. While we make every effort to accommodate preferred configurations, final rooming maps remain subject to teacher and organizer approval.

By participating in a C-Trips itinerary, you agree to maintain appropriate behavior and adhere to all safety instructions, local laws, and school codes of conduct.

• Students must treat guides, hotel staff, and transport operators with mutual respect.
• Possession or consumption of prohibited substances is strictly forbidden and results in immediate return transit at the family's expense.
• Any deliberate damage to resort property, buses, or safety equipment is the direct financial responsibility of the student's guardian.
