• Preference Data: Dietary restrictions, allergies, clothing size, and rooming selection preferences.

We utilize your personal details exclusively to handle bookings, coordinate with school staff, and ensure student safety during the journey.

• Managing and verifying student accounts and trip code authorization.
• Processing transport logistics, hotel block check-ins, and activity passes.
• Assembling roommates safely according to peer invitations.
• Sending real-time departure, packing, and arrival updates to parents and school chaperones.

C-Trips integrates with certified, PCI-compliant third-party billing providers to manage installment payments securely. We do not directly capture, store, or process any payment card numbers or banking secrets on our servers.

We do not sell student data. Information is shared only with verified partners who make your trip possible, and only to the extent necessary.

• Resorts and Local Operators: Shared passenger lists are sent to hotels and safety guides to confirm room keys and safety insurance.
• School Chaperones: Teachers receive access to verified roster lists to maintain active supervision.
• Emergency Services: Vital allergies and parent contact info are immediately shared with local medical teams in case of need.

We take student data protection seriously. C-Trips employs industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption to protect all registration and verify forms. Access to our backend database is strictly partitioned and restricted to authorized operations managers.

We retain student account and booking records for as long as necessary to complete our contract with the school, handle after-trip support, or comply with regional tax audits. Inactive accounts with no active trip codes are scheduled for deletion or anonymization after 24 months.

You maintain complete agency over your information. Students and guardians can log into the personal dashboard at any time to inspect, modify, or correct account profile details.

• Update your registered phone numbers via immediate SMS verification.
• Request complete deletion of your account and personal identifiers after a trip has successfully concluded.
• Opt-out of optional gallery photo tagging or marketing newsletters.

Our platform may reference external services like payment processors, maps, or school communication tools. This Privacy Policy only governs C-Trips. We encourage checking the privacy terms of any third-party links you access.

We periodically refine this Privacy Policy to align with new security standards or regional regulations. If major adjustments are implemented, we will update the version date and notify registered students via prominent portal alerts.
